This hotel is top notch. It didn't disappoint. They have thought of everything, down to earplugs, eye patches, robes, slippers etc. Good facilities, great friendly staff and great food. Excellent selection at breakfast, that caters for everyone. Staff, polite, professional and friendly. Attentive to anything asked of them. Definitely one of nicest places Ive stayed. Fantastic views from balcony. Carmela, Pepe, Bex, Rosario and Marilee to name a few are fantastic at their jobs. Would love to stay again. My only 3 small niggles would be, better hairdryer as doesnt blow fast or very warm. Took forever, so had to leave to dry which took hours. Maybe provide milk for tea and coffee in the little pots in the fridge. Provide info on how to use heating/ aircon as we had a bright light going on and off every night.
